Requirements

Current juniors
Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Technical area
Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related major
Genuine interest in an Engineer career at TJX
Highly motivated self-starters
Ability to prioritize effectively
Proactive and flexible
Thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
Problem solving through thinking analytically and creatively

Responsibilities

Learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic global IT organization.
Apply engineering knowledge to solve real-world technology challenges.
Collaborate with experienced technology engineers and specialists globally in an Agile environment to identify innovative technology solutions.
Design, code, and test solutions to improve platforms.
Learn about TJX’s business and technologies.
Review and evolve current processes.
Work autonomously and collaborate in groups to tackle challenges, advance projects, and complete assignments.
Participate in a group project in collaboration with other interns and business leaders to contribute to IT strategy while solving a business challenge.
Receive hands-on training to facilitate learning.
