The role supports a technology-upgrade project for a large healthcare system in the Cleveland area. Technicians will replace older PCs with new devices and deploy Windows 11. The position is fully onsite in Seven Hills, Ohio, and is described as a contract-to-hire opportunity. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including Windows and Mac operating systems and a range of software applications.
• Swap out laptops and desktops and deploy Windows 11.
• Assist users with logged IT-related incidents when called upon.
• Analyze problems, take ownership of issues, implement temporary or permanent fixes to restore service, and escalate incidents to other support teams when necessary.
• Record, update, and document requests in the IT service desk system.
• Install and configure new IT equipment.
• Resolve incidents and upgrade software and hardware.
• Resolve incidents involving printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Provide efficient and appropriate customer service.
