IT Data Architect - IT DATA ANALYTICS - Full-time - Day - Lawrenceville, NJ

Capital Health (US)•Lawrenceville, GA
•$124,218 - $162,302

About The Position

The IT Data Architect defines and governs Capital Health’s enterprise data architecture to support clinical care, operational excellence, analytics, internally developed products, workflow automation, and responsible AI. The role establishes long-term information architecture, domain models, integration principles, cloud data platform direction, governance patterns, and technical standards so enterprise data is trusted, secure, interoperable, reusable, and AI-ready. Working across engineering, data, analytics, clinical and business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and operational leadership, the architect translates enterprise strategy and healthcare information needs into reference architectures, roadmaps, decision frameworks, and solution guidance. The position guides teams toward reusable capabilities rather than isolated data assets. It is an enterprise architecture and technical leadership role, focused on defining how information is structured, integrated, governed, protected, and made available, rather than building every pipeline, owning business reporting, or managing product adoption. The position reports to the Director, Product Engineering and AI; Director, Enterprise Applications and Data; or Enterprise Architecture Leader. It does not formally supervise employees, but provides architecture leadership, technical direction, standards, and solution guidance to technical teams, analysts, and vendors.
