About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented IT Customer Service Representative to coordinate service requests and ensure our clients receive outstanding support. You’ll serve as a communication hub between customers and our IT team, helping keep operations smooth, responsive, and client-focused.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support (IT industry a plus).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule IT service requests from multiple channels (phone, email, tickets, alerts).
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and technicians, ensuring timely communication and resolutions.
  • Manage and update the Dispatch Board to prioritize and track service orders.
  • Monitor and maintain service orders, time tracking, and client documentation.
  • Follow up with clients after service completion to confirm satisfaction.
  • Support inventory coordination, purchasing requests, and process documentation.
