The Infrastructure Shared Services for Accenture group is the internal global IT organization for Accenture. We run the daily IT operations ranging from workstation support, AV support, network infrastructure, and in-office technology support. This role involves logging and resolving service requests using ServiceNow, providing technical support to users both in person and remotely, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting Windows 11, managing inventory and assets, deploying Windows images, supporting MacOS and Intune, cleaning and sanitizing laptops, preparing laptop shipments, and providing support for Microsoft Teams meetings and mobile devices. This role is 100% in office, based in Chicago, IL.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in desktop support or IT help desk roles
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong focus on reliability, punctuality, and customer service
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively, with adaptability to new technologies and processes
  • Familiarity with imaging and workstation setup procedures
  • Ability to lift and transport IT equipment up to 30 lbs as needed
  • Highschool Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related certifications
  • Interest and experience working with Accessible technologies to support our Accessibility Center initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Log and resolve service requests using ServiceNow
  • Provide technical support to users both in person and remotely
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 11 operating systems
  • Experience with inventory management and asset tracking
  • Windows image deployment using Microsoft Autopilot
  • MacOS & basic Intune familiarity with ability to reimage & deploy
  • Clean and sanitize laptops and chargers to maintain hygiene standards
  • Prepare laptop shipments by packaging, labeling, and placing them in the designated pickup area
  • Provide support for Microsoft Teams meetings in conference and meeting rooms
  • Provide support for mobile devices including iOS and Android
