Virbac Corp is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and help implement our integrated suite of pharmaceutical IT systems—including Infor M3 (ERP), MasterControl Mx (MES), Labvantage (LIMS), EPIMS, CMMM, and related satellite applications. This techno-functional role supports system performance, compliance, integrations, application security, and GxP/FDA-regulated operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years supporting ERP/MES/LIMS or pharma manufacturing systems.
  • Experience with Infor M3, Labvantage, MasterControl Mx strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GxP, CSV, FDA, SDLC.
  • Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2), ETL (Talend, SSIS), and data modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support and functional enhancements across ERP, MES, LIMS, and related business systems.
  • Support CSV activities, documentation, test execution, and SDLC compliance.
  • Assist with implementations, upgrades, data conversions, system configuration, and change requests.
  • Manage application access/security, user provisioning, logs, and compliance records.
  • Support data warehouse and ETL processes (Talend, SSIS) for reporting and analytics.
  • Coordinate with HQ, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
  • Diagnose system issues, perform hot fixes, monitor performance, and evaluate new solutions.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for end users.
