About The Position

Enjoys the flexibility of a remote role while supporting ERP systems that power critical healthcare operations. This role involves analyzing business needs and defining the scope and objectives for IT systems software. It includes designing software solutions through programming specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts, as well as writing and debugging code to optimize platform performance. The role also covers configuring and customizing vendor systems software, developing diagnostic programs to test integrated systems, and resolving system faults. Additionally, it involves documenting technical specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance applications, and assisting in troubleshooting software defects to ensure system efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• Two (2) years of specialized training in an applicable field may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
• 3+ years of experience in software development and programming.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or SQL.
• Experience designing software solutions and debugging code.
• Strong technical documentation skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of system integration and software testing methodologies

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Preferred experience with PeopleSoft applications, including system configuration, support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
