About The Position
The IT Business Systems Analyst Intern position is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands-on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership through our Amp’d Up with Leader Series and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members. To support your professional development, you will also have access to a variety of workshops designed to help you develop professional skills and you will be assigned a mentor in an area of interest to help you along the way. Requirements
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Python, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
- Strong data analytics skills
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently

- Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience
Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes & Gather Requirements: Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify process improvement opportunities, document business needs, and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Develop Automation & AI-Driven Solutions: Build and support Python-based automation tools, proof-of-concept solutions, and Generative AI applications that enhance productivity and streamline business operations.
- Support System Integration, Testing & Implementation: Assist with integrating solutions across enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources, while participating in testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery.
