About The Position

SAP America, Inc. is hiring multiple IT Business Services Senior Consultants to drive and execute core central IT functions, including policy and governance rollouts, training, communications, coaching, and KPI definition and measurement. The role ensures IT governance is appropriately addressed across IT projects, products, and internal processes, supports escalations, and aligns with SAP internal functions responsible for related topics.

The consultant manages and supports strategies that enable corporate objectives and provide transparency, and plans, implements, and tracks strategic and operational change management measures. The role includes coaching on process and system changes; identifying training needs; planning, advising on, and delivering training; and tracking its success. The consultant works with business stakeholders to identify requirements and needs for services and maintains a holistic view of the IT business service portfolio.

The position is based at SAP's Newtown Square, Pennsylvania location and is fully remote. It requires up to 20% domestic and international travel to various SAP offices to meet customers regarding engagements. The annual base salary range is $127,525–$196,010, with a targeted combined compensation range of $135,600–$230,600, including base salary and variable incentive target. Actual compensation depends on factors such as education, skills, experience, role scope, and location.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, plus six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation; alternatively, a master's degree or foreign equivalent in one of these fields plus four years of experience.
• Four years of experience in client engagement and account management for enterprise cloud or ERP customers.
• Four years of experience in end-to-end enterprise service delivery or program management.
• Four years of experience in SAP architecture, implementation, upgrade, or migration.
• Four years of experience in SLA-based incident and escalation management.
• Four years of experience with enterprise infrastructure, on-premise or cloud, supporting ERP systems.
• Three years of experience with hyperscalers, including GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Three years of experience in commercial management of change requests and cost governance.
• Three years of experience in release and maintenance planning for enterprise systems.
• Three years of experience in disaster recovery and high availability design.
• Three years of experience in program and project governance for enterprise cloud or ERP services.
• Three years of experience in service performance reporting and analysis.
• Availability for up to 20% domestic and international travel to SAP offices.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute central IT functions, including policy and governance rollout, training, communication, coaching, and KPI definition and measurement.
• Ensure IT governance topics are appropriately covered in IT projects, IT products, and internal IT processes.
• Support relevant escalations and align with SAP internal functions covering the same topics.
• Manage and support the development of strategies that enable corporate objectives and provide transparency.
• Plan, conceive, implement, and track strategic and operational change management measures.
• Coach stakeholders on process and system changes.
• Identify training demand, plan training activities, consult on training execution, deliver training, and track training success.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify requirements and needs for provided services.
• Maintain a holistic view of the overall IT business service portfolio.
