Business Processes Senior Consultant (multiple positions available)
About The Position
SAP America, Inc. is hiring Business Processes Senior Consultants at its Newtown Square, Pennsylvania location. The role drives business consulting by translating customer visions into solutions and supports customers’ transformation toward the Intelligent Enterprise. The position follows a hybrid work model and requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to SAP and customer sites for meetings and training. The consultant maps business processes to solution requirements; supports end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid solutions; and applies current methodologies, standards, best practices, templates, and standard content. The role also contributes to change management, solution landscape transition planning, pre-sales, reviews and feasibility studies, escalated projects, customer workshops and training, partner-led projects, project documentation, and service portfolio development. The consultant may lead a sub-project, team, or service delivery; support people development; and mentor business process consultants. The position requires a qualifying degree and progressive post-baccalaureate experience, including specified SAP development, configuration, integration, and related skills. The annual base salary range is $127,525–$196,010. The targeted combined compensation range, including base salary and variable incentive target, is $135,600–$230,600. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered job or a related occupation; alternatively, a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of these fields plus four years of experience.
- At least three years of experience with SAP ABAP Development.
- At least three years of experience with SAP Advanced Variant Configuration in S/4HANA.
- At least three years of experience with SAP Variant Configuration and Operation.
- At least three years of experience with SAP Variant Configuration Solution Enhancement and Development.
- At least three years of experience with SAP RAP BO and CDS View Development.
- At least three years of experience with SAP Material/BOM integration with Siemens Teamcenter, Ansys Granta MI, Autodesk Inventor, and EPlan.
- At least three years of experience with SAP VC characteristics integration with Autodesk Inventor.
- Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally to SAP and customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Map business processes to solution requirements.

- Support line managers with people development tasks.

- Support partner-led projects to promote ecosystem and customer success.
- Introduce SAP and industry practices using existing templates, standard content, and experience.
- Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services.
- Support development of the relevant services portfolio and related areas; may own a service or support portfolio updates.
- Support solution testing and issue resolution.
- May mentor business process consultants.
