About The Position

Lincoln Electric is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms and web-based technologies. The role connects business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and digital capabilities. The position supports Salesforce platforms, enterprise websites, digital applications, integrations, and Agile delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
3 or more years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting web-based applications, CMS platforms, or enterprise websites.
Experience with various Salesforce Clouds.
Knowledge of web technologies.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce dashboards.
Exposure to ERP integrations such as SAP, Kinetic, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business processes, and operational challenges.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements.
Create business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze existing processes and recommend technology-driven improvements and automation opportunities.
Facilitate stakeholder reviews and obtain approval for business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and business teams to design and implement solutions.
Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
Evaluate business requirements and recommend configuration or customization approaches.
Assist with Salesforce releases, testing, deployment planning, and user adoption initiatives.
Monitor enhancement requests and maintain prioritized product backlogs.
Support enterprise websites and digital applications.
Gather requirements for web enhancements, content management systems, integrations, and customer experience improvements.
Work with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to align solutions with business objectives.
Collaborate with project managers and development teams to support successful project execution.
Support User Acceptance Testing, defect management, and release validation.
Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure traceability from concept through deployment.
Analyze business and customer data to support decision-making and process improvements.
Define reporting and dashboard requirements using Salesforce reporting capabilities and related BI tools.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment across integrated systems.
