About The Position

We are looking for a sharp, motivated individual to support our IT department to assist with technology preparation, deployment, AV systems, and support across both campuses. This is a unique opportunity to get real-world, technical experience in enterprise-level AV IT operations – perfect for someone considering a future in IT, computer science, or related fields. Requirements

Is currently enrolled in college and studying information technology, computer science, or a related field
Has a strong interest in systems administration, AV systems, endpoint management, or enterprise IT support
Is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow technical processes accurately
Has familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems and wants to learn about enterprise management platforms (Intune, SCCM, and Jamf)
Has an interest in AV systems and a willingness to learn AV troubleshooting and setup
Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

Preparing, imaging, and configuring Windows and macOS computers for deployment
Assisting with device enrollment, configuration, and compliance using Microsoft Intune and Jamf
Supporting Help Desk operations and resolving basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Maintaining and troubleshooting AV systems, including projectors, displays, and classroom technology
Maintaining and updating IT inventory records and asset documentation
Performing workstation setup, cable management, and hardware verification in classrooms and offices
Collaborating with IT staff to ensure smooth deployment and system readiness for users
