We are seeking a temporary IT Assistant position at our Stevens Point, WI, office. The IT Assistant role is a temporary position established to support the 2026 Laptop Replacement Project.
Requirements
- Support the 2026 Laptop Replacement Project
Responsibilities
- Imaging and configuring user accounts and software for approximately 200 laptops.
- Creating Laptop Replacement Service Requests and documenting the computer build checklist.
- Maintaining the 2026 laptop replacement spreadsheet to track progress and packaging and shipping laptop replacements.
