Under direct supervision, the student IT assistant will support and assist with imaging PCs as well as Macs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Requirements

• Student must be enrolled in a degree-granting program at OSU
• Requires successful completion of a background check; selected candidate may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience and/or related coursework desired
• Some basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with light data entry
• Assists users with random computer issues
• May be requested to assist with various administrative projects including distribution of pamphlets and mass mailings
• Performs basic clerical duties including copying, filing and answering phones.
