About The Position

The IT Asset Manager is the hands-on owner of the enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) capability across hardware and software lifecycles. This senior ITAM leadership role is accountable for hardware and software asset management operating practices, controls, governance, data quality, financial accuracy, license compliance, and audit-ready evidence. The role partners with Infrastructure and Operations, Service Desk, Security, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, application owners, Human Resources and onboarding teams, project and acquisition teams, vendors, and ServiceNow platform leadership to improve inventory accuracy, asset recovery and reuse, entitlement management, software reclamation, and cost control. The position translates ITAM business and control needs into ServiceNow process, data, reporting, and configuration requirements; validates designs; leads acceptance testing; and works with platform technical teams on required technical changes. It establishes measurable targets and documented procedures, controls, evidence, and reporting to support audits, licensing, security, financial requirements, and governance. Focus is a financial services firm providing integrated wealth management, family office, and business management services. The position is exempt. The stated annualized base salary range is $120,000–$135,000; actual pay may vary based on factors including experience, expertise, work location, and skill set.
