Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is seeking an IT Asset Management Technician to manage the lifecycle of IT assets. This role involves procurement coordination, receiving and intake of shipments, asset tagging and inventory control, device imaging and configuration, deployment, managing moves/adds/changes, processing returns and recovery, and overseeing e-waste and disposition. The technician will also be responsible for software asset and license management, maintaining data integrity within the asset management system, ensuring security and compliance with HIPAA and NIST standards, and driving continuous process improvement. This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills to support various stakeholders including IT, Procurement, Finance, and end-users.
