The IT Analyst will support a remote workforce and take day-to-day ownership of assigned onboarding, role changes, terminations, access requests, and access validation. The analyst will work within established approval requirements, maintain accurate ServiceNow ITSM records, and coordinate with service desk and engineering teams to complete work from request through verified resolution. Success requires a hands-on analyst who can learn quickly, work independently, identify unclear requests before granting access, and communicate effectively with employees and managers. Service continuity and control quality are priorities; process improvements must support those priorities and follow established change control requirements. This is a three-month independent contractor (1099) engagement, with the potential to extend up to five months based on business needs and performance. The assignment is remote within the United States and is scheduled to start in November. The analyst will review recurring tasks, open tickets, application ownership, access procedures, escalation contacts, and known exceptions at the beginning of the engagement; maintain runbooks and a visible list of open work, risks, and dependencies throughout; and provide an organized transition handoff at contract completion.
