About The Position

The City of Phoenix Fire Department is seeking an experienced IT Analyst / Programmer II to support the development, integration, implementation, and administration of mission-critical business applications. This role involves workflow automation, data integration, application support, business analysis, and supporting public safety systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, PowerShell, Python, and cloud-based application support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Business Analysis and documentation experience
• 2+ years of development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• 2+ years supporting cloud-based applications
• 1+ year of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) experience
• Experience with Power Platform, workflow automation, and Power Pages
• Experience integrating SQL Server, SharePoint, and REST APIs
• T-SQL programming and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• PowerShell and/or Python scripting for ETL and automation
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based application support
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze business processes and implement system improvements
• Must be available for an in-person interview within one week of the posting close date.
• Must be able to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
