About The Position

The City of Phoenix Fire Department is seeking an experienced IT Analyst / Programmer II to support the development, integration, implementation, and administration of mission-critical business applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, PowerShell, Python, and cloud-based application support. This role involves workflow automation, data integration, application support, business analysis, and supporting public safety systems.

Requirements

2+ years of Business Analysis and documentation experience
2+ years of development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
2+ years supporting cloud-based applications
1+ year of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) experience
Experience with Power Platform, workflow automation, and Power Pages
Experience integrating SQL Server, SharePoint, and REST APIs
T-SQL programming and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
PowerShell and/or Python scripting for ETL and automation
Experience with Azure and cloud-based application support
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to analyze business processes and implement system improvements
