About The Position

The IT Analyst II supports, maintains, and enhances healthcare applications and systems to provide reliable and effective technology solutions for clinical and business operations. The role analyzes user needs, troubleshoots application issues, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve system performance, data integrity, and compliance. The position also performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in information technology, healthcare applications, or systems analysis.
• Ability to obtain applicable vendor or application certifications within one year of hire, if required by assigned applications.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting healthcare applications or electronic health records (EHR), such as Epic.
• Epic Certification, ITIL Foundations, or other relevant technical certifications.
