About The Position

MM is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Administrator to provide comprehensive IT support and technological leadership for its IT team in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role provides Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support and supports local infrastructure, enterprise IT services, and manufacturing and operational technologies. The administrator will also participate in local, regional, and global IT projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and Windows technologies.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching, and wireless networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, collaboration technologies, and business applications.
• Support local network infrastructure, wireless networks, firewalls, servers, and telecommunications systems.
• Lead and participate in local, regional, and global IT projects.
• Maintain endpoint lifecycle management, asset inventory, software deployment, and patch compliance.
• Manage ITSM tickets, incidents, requests, escalations, and vendor coordination.
• Support manufacturing and operational technologies, including production systems and industrial devices.
