About The Position

This is a 1099 contract role for an ISO 9001 Auditor. The main responsibilities will be to perform audits at the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers per Pro QC checklists. The auditor will use the process audit to identify relevant risks and point out potential issues, classify audit findings against ISO 9001 requirements, and communicate findings with the audit team to issue audit reports within the due date. The current project is for 2 man-days, with potential for variation based on client needs. The role requires travel to Akron, NY and nearby areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Require a manufacturing and operations backgrounds: Manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, electronics, metal fabrication, plastics, etc.)
• Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical)
• Quality assurance and quality control
• Operations and production management
• Supply chain and logistics
• Construction and infrastructure
• Food processing and packaging
• Healthcare and medical devices
• Energy and utilities

Responsibilities
