About The Position

Pro QC International is seeking an experienced ISO 9001 Auditor for a 1099 contract role. The primary responsibility will be to perform audits at the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers according to Pro QC checklists. This involves using the process audit to identify relevant risks, pinpoint potential issues, and classify audit findings against ISO 9001 requirements. The auditor will communicate findings with the audit team and issue audit reports within the due date. This role requires travel to Akron, NY, and surrounding areas. The project duration may vary based on client needs, with the current project estimated at 2 man-days. Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Require a manufacturing and operations backgrounds: Manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, electronics, metal fabrication, plastics, etc.)
• Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical)
• Quality assurance and quality control
• Operations and production management
• Supply chain and logistics
• Construction and infrastructure
• Food processing and packaging
• Healthcare and medical devices
• Energy and utilities
• Must be able to travel to AKRON, NY 14001 and nearby areas
