About The Position

Pro QC International is seeking an experienced ISO 9001 Auditor for contract roles. This position involves performing audits at client supplier manufacturing sites using Pro QC checklists to identify risks and potential issues. The auditor will classify findings against ISO 9001 requirements, communicate with the audit team, and issue audit reports on time. This is a 1099 contract role with project durations that may vary based on client needs. Pro QC International has been assisting clients since 1984 to improve product quality, resolve production challenges, and reduce supply chain risk and cost, operating in over 88 countries with 18 global offices.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Require a manufacturing and operations backgrounds: Manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, electronics, metal fabrication, plastics, etc.)
• Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical)
• Quality assurance and quality control
• Operations and production management
• Supply chain and logistics
• Construction and infrastructure
• Food processing and packaging
• Healthcare and medical devices
• Energy and utilities
• Must be able to travel to Chicopee, MA 01022 and nearby areas

Responsibilities

• Performing the audit at the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers per Pro QC checklists.
• Using the process audit to identify relevant risks and point out potential issues.
• Looking at audit findings and classifying them against the ISO 9001 requirements.
• Communicate findings with the audit team and issue audit report within due day.
