About The Position

As an Information Services (IS) Manager in the Connected Program, this role leads the delivery and management of marketing technology, digital analytics, and experience measurement across Connected products. The manager owns the platforms and data used to understand how candidates, clients, and recruiters engage with Connected experiences, including marketing automation, digital analytics, and experience analytics platforms. The role ensures engagement is measured accurately, insights are trusted, and data informs product, marketing, and business decisions. It turns behavioral and campaign data into clear metrics, actionable insights, and measurable business outcomes, while using AI and automation to personalize experiences and improve performance. The role is accountable for marketing platform health, customer journeys and campaign delivery; digital analytics instrumentation, tagging standards and data accuracy; product and experience metrics such as adoption, conversion, engagement and friction; and translating analytics and AI-driven insights into product and marketing improvements. It also scales measurement and engagement capabilities across operating companies. The position requires in-office presence at least four days per week. As a coach-leader, the manager builds and develops teams accountable for marketing technology, analytics, and measurement outcomes. The role establishes clear ownership for metric definitions, data quality, and platform health; promotes evidence-based, AI-first, and experiment-driven practices; and aligns execution with Marketing, Product, UX, Data, and Architecture leaders. Budget duties include developing and managing the budget, producing monthly forecasts, approving operational expenditures, addressing variances, and planning capacity around the feature roadmap.
