Gradient is looking for an IRL Experiential Producer to lead the planning, management, and execution of in-real-life brand experiences, activations, events, and integrated production work. The IRL Experiential Producer is responsible for driving the production process from kickoff through planning, onsite execution, wrap, and reconciliation. This role is highly cross-functional and works closely with Account Management, Creative, Strategy, Content, Digital, Live Video, and other internal teams to ensure that creative ideas are translated into clear, executable production plans. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented, creative under pressure, and able to approach unique production challenges with clarity and confidence.
