Creative Producer, Experiential

Airbnb
$157,000 - $185,000Remote

About The Position

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The CEO Comms team is responsible for shaping the programs, experiences, and communications that define the company's identity, inside and out. From press events to executive dinners to the objects people hold in their hands, we design experiences and moments that make Airbnb, Airbnb. We're looking for a Creative Producer who is equally at home writing a creative brief and building a production timeline. You'll support major initiatives the team leads and own projects end-to-end — from concept through run of show — across a portfolio of high-visibility events, physical goods, and communications for Airbnb's employees and senior leadership. You can concept a themed experience in the morning and finalize a vendor SOW in the afternoon — and you hold a high bar for quality across both.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a hybrid creative/producer role — at an agency, production company, or in-house at a leading brand
  • A portfolio that shows both creative work (briefs, concepts, experiences) and production execution (events, broadcasts, campaigns, physical goods)
  • A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish, on time and on budget
  • Experience with live or hybrid broadcast events (all-hands, town halls, or similar)
  • Solid budget and vendor management skills, including contracts and SOWs
  • A good creative eye — you can write a brief, push an idea, and make the work better
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable working with and around senior executives
  • Steady under pressure; able to juggle multiple things and shift quickly when needed
  • You care about culture and believe that how a company feels on the inside matters

Responsibilities

  • Own production for events, physical goods, and digital assets: timelines, budgets, vendor contracts, SOWs, and purchase orders
  • Support and develop creative briefs and concepts for company cultural programs — from the initial idea through final execution
  • Produce experiential programming — events, special guests, activations — for internal and external audiences
  • Create communications assets: promotional materials, pre-show content, post-event recaps, and engagement campaigns
  • Build and manage Run of Show documents; coordinate event staffing, AV teams, and production partners
  • Work closely with teams across the company to bring projects to life
  • Bring a high bar to everything — the big moments and the small details
