About The Position

WQS Industrial Services Ltd. is recruiting IRATA Certified, Journeyman & Apprentice Pipefitters for the 2026 Turnaround Season. This season will begin in early spring with major projects in the Fort McMurray region. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team with a people-first culture, contributing to a season focused on excellence and innovation. The anticipated turnaround duration is from March 2026 to October 2026. Flights and Camp are provided by the company.

Requirements

• Rope Access IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 Certification, or interest in obtaining IRATA Certification.
• Registered Apprentice or Journeyman Pipefitter certification.
• Must be Fit for Duty at all times.
• Ability to comply with alcohol and drug testing.
• Strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Demonstrate high standards of safety.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract.
• Common Safety Orientation.
• Confined Space Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipefitting duties.
• Adhere to safety standards and company culture.
• Comply with Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace, including alcohol and drug testing.
