About The Position
WQS Industrial Services Ltd. is recruiting IRATA Certified, Journeyman & Apprentice Electricians for the 2026 Fall Turnaround Season, with major projects in Fort McMurray and Edmonton regions. This role offers a chance to join a dynamic team, enjoy a people-first culture, and contribute to a season focused on excellence and innovation. The schedule is 6 days on, 1 day off, with 12-hour days. The anticipated turnaround duration is from August 2026 to October 2026. Flights and camp are provided by the company.
Requirements
- Rope Access IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 Certification is required.
- Registered Apprentice or Journeyman Red Seal Electrician Certification required.
- Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
- Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture.
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract.
- Common Safety Orientation.
- Confined Space Certification.
