About The Position
Skillforce is currently seeking experienced Commercial Pipefitters for a 4 month project in Greenfield, IN. This is a great opportunity to join a steady commercial add-on project with consistent hours and competitive pay. We are looking for dependable, skilled pipefitters who can work efficiently and safely while delivering high-quality installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercial pipefitter
- Experience with MegaPress, Victaulic, and copper press systems required
- Familiarity with VAV systems and heat pump connections
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time schedule
Responsibilities
- Install and run MegaPress gas piping systems
- Install Victaulic mains and piping systems
- Perform copper press piping installation
- Hook up and install VAV (Variable Air Volume) systems and heat pumps
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards
- Collaborate with other trades and team members on-site
