Requirements

• Experience in patent litigation.
• Candidates must be admitted to a State Bar (New York preferred).
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team atmosphere.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Nice To Haves

• A technical degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering or pharmaceutics) or significant experience handling substantive patent issues with the ability to learn underlying pharmaceutical and/or biologic related subject matter is strongly preferred.
