About The Position

Shamrock Roofing is seeking an Invoicing Specialist for their Supplemental Department. This department includes Invoicing, Permits & Licensing, and Invoicing/Collections teams. The Invoicing Specialist will provide support to these teams and may assist with various tasks. Candidates with backgrounds in data entry, administration, county or municipality work, building permits, and especially invoicing experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Must be persistent and have a “won't take no for an answer” attitude towards insurance companies.
Must be a problem solver; capable of figuring things out and finding new avenues to approach issues to achieve the desired outcome
Quick thinking and adaptability
A positive “can-do” attitude
Great with hard deadlines

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of G Suite is a plus
Prior experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Invoicing incoming jobs and verifying Labor Invoices (Frequent)
Data Entry in Spreadsheets and databases (Frequent)
General Forms Data Entry (Frequent)
Make calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding dues of projects for homeowners.
Develop payment plans if needed
Locate debtors in order to begin the recovery process
Negotiate debt payments
All other duties assigned by the manager
