IMPACT & RESPONSIBILITIES (YOUR VALUE) 📈 Strategic Billing Ownership: Manage and process high-volume invoicing for the Aftermarket Division with 100% integrity and precision. Branch Partnership: Act as a daily liaison for Product Support Managers (PSMs) to verify technical accuracy before an invoice ever hits a customer’s desk. Discrepancy Detective: Investigate billing hurdles and resolve customer questions with professional firmness and speed. Systemic Innovation: Don’t just follow the manual— upgrade the "Management OS." SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE 📅 🧠REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience with billing systems, invoicing tools, or ERP platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams and departments High attention to detail with a commitment to financial accuracy Ability to manage billing tasks across multiple departments or locations simultaneously Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where both accuracy and deadlines matter ⭐PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 2–5 years of experience as an Invoicing Specialist, Billing Coordinator, Accounts Receivable Specialist, or AR Support professional ERP system experience: SAP, e-Emphasys, Oracle, or similar platforms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial reconciliation Background in industrial services, equipment distribution, field service, or material handling Experience supporting multi-location or multi-branch billing operations WHO THRIVES HERE (ARE YOU THE ONE?) 👤 The High-Accountability Professional: You have 2–5 years of experience in Invoicing, AR, or Billing (Industrial/Equipment background is a major plus).
