About The Position

We are seeking an Invoicing Coordinator to join our team onsite. This position is responsible for processing and managing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Basic office and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to commute to the onsite location required (125 Helen Street, South Plainfield, NJ, 07080)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Russian) is preferred
  • Previous invoicing or administrative experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process and review invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Enter and update data in Excel and internal systems
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice-related inquiries
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
