About The Position

Santander US Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is seeking talented individuals for its 2027 Investment Banking Summer Associate Program. This program is designed for MBA students graduating in May/June 2028, offering a unique opportunity to develop technical, leadership, and interpersonal skills within a global investment banking platform. The program begins in June 2027 and provides comprehensive training combined with hands-on experience, focusing on client service, relationship building, and the technical foundation required for a career in investment banking. Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) students with an expected graduation date of May/June 2028.
• 3+ years of prior work experience.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and courage in leadership.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently on special projects.
• Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment.

• Work alongside experienced professionals across Santander CIB.
