About The Position

EVEREVE is seeking a part-time Inventory Specialist to help keep the King of Prussia store running smoothly. The role receives, tickets, and prepares inventory for the sales floor, and assists with markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations. Inventory Specialists work at least 8 hours per week and support store operations while acting in accordance with the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Requirements

• Collaborative, with creative problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently in stores and self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks and responsibilities for the store team.
• Process new shipment deliveries and review products for defects before placing them on the styling floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the point-of-sale system, manage invoices, and ticket new goods with prices.
• Partner with store leaders and store merchandisers on product placement on the styling floor.
• Replenish items sold each day and pull items for the styling floor.
• Manage the fulfillment queue for web orders and orders placed by other stores; pull, process, and ship orders promptly.
• Check weekly for items returned to vendors and execute transfers out of the store.
• Transfer products to other stores or the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and help maintain a well-stocked, organized sale section.
• Keep the backroom organized and clean in accordance with company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure the store has the supplies and packaging needed to operate.
