About The Position

PT Inventory Specialists keep the store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the floor. They also assist with markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations. The role requires working at least 8 hours per week on store inventory management tasks and responsibilities. Scheduling may range from 8 to 30 hours per week.

Requirements

• Collaborative, with creative problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently in stores and self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Process new shipment deliveries and review products for defects before placing them on the styling floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the point-of-sale system, manage invoices, and ticket prices for new goods.
• Coordinate with store leaders and store merchandisers about product placement on the styling floor.
• Replenish items sold and pull products for the styling floor each day.
• Manage fulfillment queues for web orders and orders placed by other stores; pull, process, and ship orders promptly.
• Check weekly for items being returned to vendors and execute transfers out of the store.
• Transfer products to other stores or the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and help the merchandiser maintain an organized, well-stocked sale section.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness according to company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure the store has the supplies and packaging needed to operate.
