About The Position

As a part-time Lead Stylist, you lead by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop in the store. You help ensure every customer is seen and connected with, bringing the store mantra “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” to life. The role works a minimum of 15 hours per week and supports the leadership team with daily store operations while contributing to sales and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Act according to EVEREVE’s core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers and ensure all customers are seen and connected with.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, demonstrating warmth and positive energy.
• Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Ring employee purchases and ensure they are processed correctly under employee purchase policies.
• Team Style with leaders and peers to provide a strong HEART Styling Experience for all customers.
• Support the leadership team in daily operations, including coordinating daily activities, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
• Contribute to sales generation and achievement of store goals.
