Inventory Planning Project Execution Lead
About The Position
The Inventory Project Execution Lead executes individual inventory-related projects, managing detailed project plans, coordinating execution activities, and driving projects to completion while ensuring a successful transition into operational ownership. The role partners with Inventory, Supply Planning, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams; coordinates business participation and testing; supports implementation readiness; and monitors risks, issues, and execution barriers. Success is measured by project delivery performance, implementation quality, adoption effectiveness, milestone completion, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Coordinate project execution activities.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Drive action completion and milestone achievement.
- Partner with Inventory, Supply Planning, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate business participation and testing activities.
- Support implementation readiness efforts.
- Monitor project risks and issues.
- Escalate execution barriers.
- Maintain project reporting and communication.
