About The Position

HPM Building Supply is seeking a full-time Inventory Maintenance Specialist in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Working with the Inventory Maintenance team, this role helps ensure inventory and merchandise are handled properly and products remain in stock and in their designated locations, supporting a positive customer experience in a fast-paced work environment. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Previous inventory or retail experience is desired.
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become forklift certified.

Nice To Haves

• Previous merchandising experience is helpful.
• Proficiency with inventory management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Inventory Maintenance team to ensure proper handling of inventory and merchandise.
• Help ensure products are in stock and in their designated locations to support the customer experience.
