About The Position

Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. This role manages a variety of raw and finished goods inventories by performing duties personally or through subordinate staff.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
2-4 years’ experience in a related position.
Working knowledge of inventory control practices.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, and volume.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Exponent HR.
Ability to meet customer needs.
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or hear.
Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Analyze and organize daily inventory reporting.
Maximize office productivity through proficient use of systems and appropriate software applications.
Review all inventory counts; reconcile any variances and troubleshoot the process and staff to ensure that information is accurate and updated.
Directly supervise the Shipping & Receiving Clerks and ensure that shipping and receiving activities are being properly communicated with carriers and customers.
Play the leading role in troubleshooting and resolving inventory discrepancies and ensuring that transactional activity is accurately communicated both internally and with customers.
Ensure that the company and customer (internal and external) reporting requirements are met regarding shift and daily production/activity in the facility.
Formulate procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Oversee and fill in as needed for Shipping and Receiving functions.
Ensure that timely and accurate communications occur with customers as needed.
Multi-tasking to accomplish multiple objectives on required timelines.
Other duties as assigned.
