About The Position

This role is responsible for verifying inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts of finished goods, components, and raw materials at the American Textile – Duquesne warehouse. The position involves investigating variances, supporting deficiency corrections, and reporting inventory accuracy to upper management. It also includes auditing outbound shipments, assisting with physical inventories, and preparing various inventory and COGS reports.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic computer skills, knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to use AS400, Logimax, scanners.
• Occasional travel.
• Certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts and stand up lifts.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily cycle counting of finished goods, components and raw materials at American Textile – Duquesne warehouse.
• Prepares daily cycle counting reports.
• Investigates all sources of variances and provides support to correct deficiencies.
• Attends monthly meetings with upper management reporting on inventory accuracy.
• Audits outbound shipments to other ATC facilities and reports any discrepancies or inventory problems to the appropriate departments.
• Assists with conducting inventory count.
• Assist with any physical inventories required.
• Prepares inventory accuracy reports for the various Company departments and monthly COGS reporting meetings.
