This is for the Thursday-Saturday shift from 7a-7:30pm with overtime as needed based on business demand. This position will be to monitor and maintain current inventory levels while minimizing excess supply, including reconciling stock counts reports; Initiate actions to replenish stock; Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness, and resolve inconsistencies on Work orders and Sales orders.

Requirements

High school Diploma required
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
Database management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
Forklift certified.

Responsibilities

Will back up Inventory Control Specialist 1.
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks inventory levels and investigates problems with root causing.
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Performs Daily/weekly Cycle Counts following Cycle Count Plan.
Creates bins and labels racking.
May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work.
Assisting in Master data collection.
Daily monitoring of production lines and inventory left over.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Will be able to operate a Forklift, pallet jack, and Order picker.
