About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders and ensuring inventory entries and adjustments are accurately reflected in the warehouse management system. The role is scheduled for a weekend day shift, Friday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pay is $21.50 per hour, with a $2.00 shift premium for working the weekend day shift and an attendance bonus.

The position includes maintaining inventory records, carrying out daily inventory management procedures, coordinating physical inventories, making system adjustments, handling inventory discrepancies and product conditions, and completing routine clerical work. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with stand-up counterbalance, double pallet center rider, and reach truck equipment.
• At least 1 year of cycle counting, inbound discrepancies, and adjustments experience.
• At least 1 year of Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS experience.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of warehousing and inventory experience is preferred.
• A forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust the system as necessary.
• Accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments, including filing invoices and maintaining records.
• Verify inbound and outbound orders and ensure inventory entries and adjustments are accurately reflected in the warehouse management system.
