The Inventory Auditor verifies inventory accuracy by conducting physical audits and cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining reliable inventory records. The role supports inventory accountability, protection of client property, and compliance with warehouse procedures. It requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with warehouse management systems and digital tools. The position maintains inventory information in approved systems, prepares audit reports, investigates discrepancies, and uses approved AI, automation, and data-analysis tools to support inventory validation and reporting. AI-generated findings must be verified against physical inventory and system records. The role also supports client property and compliance audits, coordinates with warehouse and operations teams, and follows established safety procedures. Authorized warehouse equipment may be operated when trained and certified as required. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring 40 hours per week, with regular and reliable attendance. Work takes place in warehouse and office environments and may involve noise, moving equipment, dust, and varying temperatures. Travel between warehouses, project sites, or other business locations may be required based on operational needs. Physical duties include walking and standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, accessing inventory at varying heights, and occasionally moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. The role also involves working around material-handling equipment and active loading areas, using inventory tracking equipment, and wearing required PPE.
