About The Position

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Inventory and Control Logistics Specialist to manage a territory in person, including San Jose, California, and surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 to $26 per hour, depending on experience. The specialist works independently to provide customer service by ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory audits, and professional interactions throughout the assigned territory.

The role involves completing delivery work using a company vehicle and managing inventory sorting, cycle counts, and delivery from a secured facility and/or to client locations. The specialist builds customer relationships, follows safety rules, and meets customer Service Level Agreement requirements through inspections, timely and correctly executed equipment maintenance, and accurate paperwork.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of inventory management experience handling, sorting, and cycle counting in a delivery, retail, inventory management, or warehouse-related role.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Proficiency using a smartphone for inventory, management, scheduling, and other tasks.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or background in Professional Services, as a Technician, Delivery Driver, Package Handler, or in Manufacturing, Warehouse, Retail, or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned delivery work, including driving a company vehicle, and arrive home safely at the end of the workday.
• Manage inventory sorting, cycle counts, and delivery according to customer guidelines, from a secured facility and/or to client locations.
• Build customer relationships and provide professional, reliable service while adhering to safety rules.
• Meet customer Service Level Agreement requirements, including conducting thorough inspections, performing timely and correctly executed equipment maintenance, and completing descriptive, accurate paperwork.
