About The Position
This course introduces the main issues in health economics and healthcare studies, including determinants of health, the healthcare market, and the roles of insurance and government. It also covers healthcare systems and current policy debates.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Economics or Master's degree in Economics.
- Recent professional experience as an economist related to the course focus in the public, para-public, or private sector.
- Demonstrated experience is required; otherwise, the application will not be considered.

- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as equivalent to the educational requirements and/or demonstrated experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach Introduction to Health Economics (ECO-3525 Section A00) during the 2027 Winter Semester.
- Deliver instruction in French.
- Adhere to the course schedule: Tuesdays 13:00-14:30 and Thursdays 11:30-13:00.
