About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician for a full-time, procedure-focused outpatient role in Cape Coral, Florida. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, access to an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), and experienced clinical, operational, and administrative support. There is no hospital rounding or hospital call; shared after-hours telephone call is approximately once every 4–6 weeks. The practice includes a broad range of traditional and advanced interventional pain procedures. The physician will see patients in the outpatient clinic and perform procedures at an ASC, with teams supporting day-to-day practice operations and patient care. The role is intended for a physician who wants to focus on patient care and maintain a successful interventional practice in Southwest Florida.

Requirements

MD or DO.
Fellowship trained in Pain Medicine.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) background.
Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.
Demonstrated experience performing interventional pain procedures.
Comfortable managing a busy outpatient practice.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with neuromodulation and implantable therapies is strongly preferred.
