About The Position

KTE Services is recruiting an anesthesia-trained, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician for an established private pain practice serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The practice has served North Texas patients for 30 years and provides patient-centered interventional pain care. The role begins as a 1099 independent contractor position at $300 per hour, with the goal of transitioning the right physician to a full-time employed position.

The physician will work at the practice’s Colleyville and Allen, Texas, offices, three to five days per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The practice sees approximately 20 to 25 patients per day. Two full-time advanced practice providers manage office visits and medication management, allowing the physician to focus on procedures. Pump management is not part of the role.

Requirements

• MD or DO.
• Anesthesiology residency training.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited pain medicine fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Active DEA and Texas DPS registration, or eligibility to obtain them.
• Skill in fluoroscopy-guided interventional procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with chronic and acute pain conditions.
• Perform interventional procedures, including epidural steroid injections, facet injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, joint injections, and nerve blocks.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Work alongside two full-time advanced practice providers and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
