About The Position
Compass Palliative Care, a California-based palliative care provider, is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Physician (MD/DO) to provide pain management services in an outpatient pain clinic. The physician will primarily perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures. This is a flexible, part-time position scheduled for one day per week in a clinic setting.
Requirements
- MD or DO with training in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Anesthesiology, or a related specialty.
- Active and unrestricted California medical license.
- Active DEA license.
- Experience performing fluoroscopy-guided pain procedures.
- Current certification or qualification to perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Interventional Pain fellowship preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain.
- Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures.
- Develop treatment plans, provide follow-up care, and educate patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care.
